ALPR Vendor: Flock Safety

The Norwalk Police Department entered into a two-year contract with Flock Safety for automated license plate readers, beginning August 2025. Previously, the agency acquired ELSAG license plate readers in 2009 and systems from Vigilant Solutions, which they used to aid Immigration and Customs Enforcement in 2019.
